This growing demand for DE&I in the workplace has prompted the Indian government and businesses to undergo a paradigm shift in their policies and culture to adapt to this societal change. DE&I efforts are no longer a “nice to have” but a “must-have” component for attracting and retaining the workforce.
To recognize the concerted efforts of organizations and discuss the way forward in creating a more equitable and inclusive culture, ASSOCHAM is delighted to organize the 5th edition of the Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards and Conclave on Wednesday, 25th September 2024, in New Delhi.

Organizations may submit the nomination forms for the award category based on the following sub-categories:
Sub- Categories
Small Category: Employees 201 - 1000
Medium Category: Employees 1001 - 5000
Large Category: Employees 5001 & Above
ASSOCHAM is also bringing out a publication on D&I initiatives. On behalf of the organisation leadership, you may submit a write-up, an article, or a case study related to the subject in not more than 500 words. Some pages of the publication are dedicated to advertisements, and you may also submit the advertisements for the brand.
